We value our relationship with you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore we will accept merchandise on domestic orders for return within 21 days from the date that you have received your order. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once at info@seatcoverconnection.com and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase. In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy.

Return Policy 

All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original new factory condition and must include,associated packaging and the box in which it was shipped in. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly please include your order number and the reason for the return by indicating one of the following:

1- Not as described; 2- Did not match picture/image; 3- Does not fit; 4- Poor Quality/Defective; 5- Shipped in Error; 6- Package arrived damaged; 7- Item/Parts Missing Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns.

We will issue a refund for the merchandise amount (less original shipping charges) within 5 working days upon receipt and inspection of goods by Seat Cover Connection.

Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.

Standard Shipping

Your order will be shipped via Fed-Ex ground, UPS Standard or USPS mail within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from receipt of order. East Coast deliveries please allow 7 to 10 business days. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery, especially if outside of the contiguous United States.

If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified by email.
